“ We were traveling and looking for a place to eat and drink. The pizza spot sells more than pizza and does a big local carryout business. The funny aspect was the 10 layer cakes up by the checkout. The cakes were sold by the piece or the entire cake and were very popular. Our meals were good and service was attentive. They only had one little bottle of wine, though. ”
“ Wonderful little restaurant! We've eaten there many times. We drive all the way from Knoxville, and it's definitely worth it. The food is great, and they have a large variety of food on their menu. The staff is very friendly, and it's always clean! I love their pizza! So far, everything I've ordered here has been really good! ”
“ Hometown cooking at its best. Comfort food rocks when you've had a bad day traveling with the general public. This just made it all go away. Fried bologna sandwich, fish sandwich, 7" pizza, caramel cheesecake brownie, and German chocolate cake. Everything was delicious and our waitress, the actual manager, was superb. She put up with my friend's smartazz comments and we all had some good laughs. I would definitely come back. ”
“ Great Local Spot – Amazing Food & Fast Service! We live up on the mountain and eat here about every two weeks—the food is always fantastic, and the service is fast! It does get busy, especially on football nights, so sometimes we have to call a few times, but it’s always worth it. Also, please bring back the Mikes Honey Hot pizza—it’s to die for! We’d order it every time! Owe and try a piece of cake have yet to have a bad one! ”
“ Food was delicious. Doughy but crisp no flop pizza with great pizza sauce. BBQ wings were great as well. Fish and shrimp was excellent, food was fresh and well prepared. Waitress was outstanding no nonsense and fast! Great great lunch at the Pizza Spot. A must stop off the main road. ”
